There are lots of cichlid people on the forum. Hopefully one will come along. My guess is a cobalt blue but I am definitely not an African cichlid person.

Thank you to everyone that has helped me! Does anyone know how to tell a male from female with a yellow lab?

The males have solid black on the bottom fins and even the top fin is very black. The females have little to no black on the bottom fins.

The lack of black lines could be a sign that the fish is a hybrid or a color variation of the yellow lab cichlid

I'm not just wanted to know if they would.

Africans can interbreed with one another, Central americans can interbreed with one another, and South americans can interbreed with one another. A mix between these three is not known to be possible as far as i know.
