What next for my 45

Right now I have a few Kribs in there that I was thinking about moving to my 55. So, the questions is, what cichlid would go good in a 45, either solo or with a pair. I want something that is good size, ie not dwarf, maybe even a pair.

I would get a pair of convicts. They are underated, beautiful and fun to watch. Start with a handful until a pair forms. You could grow them out and they will keep you happy for a long, long time.
