What to do

I had a gourami and two corys in a tank for a month then I put two angelfish in and the gourami is chasing them and is trying to nip at their fins and I don't know if they will stop or what

You can try to rearrange the tank and turn off the lights for a while. You could also try some tall plants to break up the tank some so that they can get away from each other. If all else fails, you may have to decide between the gourami and the angels.

That tank looks pretty small. What size is it? That could be a big contributing factor.

Wow.... ok. The super small tank is most likely the cause of the aggression. At this point, I don't really know of anything you can do until you get them in a bigger tank. Depending on the type of gourami, some of them can get mean. I had a blue gourami that pestered my poor platys to death.
