what to feed?

I have a tank with cockatoo cichlids (apistogramma cacatoiudes)
Im wondering what is the best variety of foods to feed them?

IME you don't need a variety, you need a complete and balanced diet. In most cases this does require variety, but IME you can do this with New Life Spectrum alone, and it will be better than a varied diet.

I went out and bought the new life spectrum cichlid formula and wow your right! Just looking at the ingredients shows a ton of variety. Thanks alot for the tip

I also use this new life spectrum. And then once or twice a week I use frozen brine shrimp.
