What to feed my fish

Ive been wondering what I should feed my Oscar I've heard a number of things from mice to bugs I would like to know if any of u that have oscars what do you feed them like what kinds of live foods and what kind of flake or pellet food

Most like Hikari, Omega One, or NLS (New Life Spectrum) pellets. If you read the ingredients Omega and NLS are much for your fish. As for live stick to insects. Superworms, mealworms, crickets, earth worms. Avoid feeder fish. They can transmit disease to your O. Also avoid mice. I may be wrong, but oscars and other cichlids aren't made to digest the fur and such.
