will feeding my oscar once a day stunt his growth?

Oscars should be fed 2-3 times a day while they are growing. They grow fast and require it. Once they get to 10-12 inches (around a year or so) and their growth rate slows down you can feed them once a day. Older oscars that have completed their growing can be a good meal every 2 days. Don't forget to vary their diet and use a good pellet as the staple
