Yellow labs

I'm getting ready to finally introduce my first fish to my tank. Just curious what you all though about 4-5 yellow labs as my first fish in. I plan on about 12-15 total fish in my tank. For what I've read and seen, yellow labs will be ok with peacocks. I found the yellows really cheap at a LFS and my wife really likes them the most so I figured I'd get them first until I find the peacocks I really want. Whatcha think?

What size tank do have? I assume that it has cycled (haven't seen other posts yet).

I think it is a great plan so far.

Provided the tank is big enough you should be fine. I considered peacocks but ended up with all mbunas.

It's a 55g and has rocks and sand substrate. Yes the tank has cycled.....finally lol

Yellow labs are a great fish to start with. Have fun!
