Ok about 4 weeks ago I got me 3 yellow labs an one has started to hang about under an inside my rock work more an it has black edging to it's anal an pectoral fins, they are only about 4 to 5cm though is it poss it could be a male an others female or is way to early to tell ?

It is most likely that that one is the dominant male, in regards to whether the others are female or subdominant males only time or venting will tell.

Rite yeah I see so I could even have 3 males just he got the marks as he dominant, like you say time will tell I won't be venting !

Even the marks don't determine sex all the time. From my experience and the local bloodline of labs I see around here the black tends to be male but I've seen other lines where the females have AMAZING black fins. Venting and proven breedings is the only way to be 100% sure.
