Hey everyone!
I'm happy to say after my breeding pair of yellow sunshines mysteriously died after water testing and everything was normal. I still had 10 of there babies. Been looking almost a month for at least a full blooded blood line male finally found one. $35 later. Can't wait till the offspring are old enough to sex them and hopping I have many females for him.

So how old should I be able to their sex?

And I will be selling off the males so no interbreeding goes on. $15 for males (they are pure breed).
I'm in central FL.

I meant for a month at least I've been looking. And found a full blooded peacock. And he's beautiful.

Typically at. 2-3" you can start to tell. You can vent them at anytime. You will need a magnifying glass though until they get bigger. Read up on sexing Aulonocara, I have a pretty good eye. IMO they are one of the easier fish to sex, but they also have "fool signs" too. Makes will have female traits, and vice versa.
In do time it will be easy to tell.
