10 gal turbo charged powerhead

I currently am starting up my 10 gallon downsizing form my 25. The powerhead I have in it is 800gph?? (obviously too much) so what is the appropriate gph for a 10 gal.

(Don't worry there are no livestock in the tank yet)

I will be running a 35gph cascade 150 filter with it. I have read about having 2 powerheads (one at each end) so can anyone make a recommendation?
