Those aren't gonna grow corals unfortunately. Nowhere near powerful enough.

We'll see what happens. I've heard good and bad. The corals in there now are doing good.

I have a star polyp and a different kind of polyp and they're doing very well.

Keep me updated. Both should grow like weeds. If anything it may be just ok for easy softies. But I definitely wouldn't put lps or sps under it.

No. I went to a trusted reef store they said it would be ok. The frags were free from my friend.

It's been up for just over 2 weeks

I have like a tiny anemone that was a hitch-hiker

You put your rock in 6-7 days ago according to this thread. Your tank is still cycling and ammonia and nitrite are just as toxic to coral as they are fish. Take the coral back to your friend until your cycle is complete. Nothing good happens fast in this hobby
