- 20 pounds live sand
- 8-10 pounds live rock
- 10 gallons of live water

Water doesn't really contain beneficial bacteria it's on rocks and sandbed. You know you need ro/di water to top off right?

Right, as big red said, water doesn't contain BB. It grows on your rocks and sand. If you mean they mixed Dr. Tim's or something in it, it probably won't help that much.

No. I just kind of placed it close to the glass last night because I couldn't see what I was doing. Thanks though
