I need some advice on rebuilding a 10 gallon sump for my 29 gallon tank. Let me give you a little background on the tank. The tank has been up and running for 7 months and I built the sump using a stock 10 gallon tank and plexiglass cut to section off a refugium area. However, my panels for the refugium area are coming loose from the aquarium adhesive. I have already rebuilt one 10 gallon sump that is on a 20 gallon long because of the same issue.

So I need experienced opinions on how I can rebuild this sump so the panels won't come loose. Does anyone have any ideas?

or use corrugated plastic, the stuff they use for yard signs.
It's lightweight, easy to drill/cut into any size/shape, and holds extremely well with silicone.
acrylic doesn't form a strong bond with silicone.
The home depot carries them in the same section as the plexi-glass sheets.
and it's cheaper than plexi, but maybe just a little more than glass

Ok thanks so much for the suggestions. I will look at each option and see what will work out the best.
