Awesome!!! Ive been itching to get into reefs. Is a ten gallon really a viable option

And if i can ask what kinda powerhead is that? Looks like marineland??

I have a ten gallon, and it's great! no issues yet knock on wood. mines two months old.

This was a tank that almost bought off a FB page. She had it up & running for quite awhile. She loved it & said it worked great. So I guess if a 5g works a 10g should be great.

What lights and filter do you have??

I have a marine land penguin hob filter. the twenty gallon one, and I use the carbon and I also stick chemipure elite in a mesh bag and shove that in there too. I have the reefbrite xho double output led system which I had custom made because they don't make a ten gallon size. stupid right? it didn't cost much more then usual. but I think I want more lighting so I am gonna have them make another of all blue LEDs. but standard output instead of double. I have a koralia 425 pump which I love. you would think it's too much flow for the tank but it's perfect.
