14 Gallon Biocube w/ 36W LED - Lighting Runtime?

36W LED on a 14gallon - how much time do I run a day?

I'm keeping some frogspawn, torch coral, polyps, mushrooms, etc. in my 14gallon biocube. I custom installed a 36W Light Kit, and was wondering what you guys thought about how much time I should run them a day to keep the corals happy without overexposure for algae etc.

I custom installed a 36W Light Kit, and was wondering what you guys thought about how much time I should run them a day to keep the corals happy without overexposure and to keep the algae levels down (cyano).

8-10 hours is the average with the first and last hour usually a dawn/dusk effect with actinics
