Aquarium Advice Freak
Well here's the start of my latest project.
It's to be a nano SPS tank, had good success in the past with softies, leathers and LPS, so it's time to try my hand at the SPS variety.
Put it up yesterday, no using any live rock in this tank, don't want anything in there that I didn't put in. (aptaisia etc)
4 tube T5 VHO lights, detec MCE 300 skimmer.
Started the cycle with MB7, will let it run for a fortnight using the prescribed dosage, then a parameter test and a 6 gallon WC then I aim to hopefully drop in my only fishy inhabitants which will be a pair of baby false percs.
Am running the cycle with main tank lights off as to stop any unwanted algae growth.
Fastidious 30% WC's will be applied to the tank also.
