28 g nanocube refugium conversion ??? - Aquarium Advice

The Nano I got says I can turn the back of my tank into a mini refugium...ON THE BOX = "easy refugium conversion" with a pic of the filter media box. My problem is it never shows you how....please help don't want bad alge to set in

Ok I figured it out and got a skimmer goin plus, added 13lbs of purple fiji rock. Still cycling though, but any advice on chemicals would help... started all this on 3-3-09 so it's really new

you shouldnt need to add anything as long as you are using a decent salt and keep up on your pwc's.

Does any light from the actual hood light the back compartments? If not you will have to probably buy a separate small light to shine over the refuge.
