29g tank startup

Hey guys, I've got a 29 gallon tank ive been waiting to set up due to finances but now it's finally time to look for my final equipment and I need some references to find the right size and quality of the following things.
Powerhead
Air pump (for protein skimmer. I have a Lee's medium size skimmer)
Live rock
Substrate
Hoping to benefit from the wealth of knowledge you guys have.

Forgot to mention it's gonna be a FOWLR setup. Inverts as well and this is my first tank so any advice is more than welcome.
