3 gal picotope

For christmas im getting a 3 gal pictope sw, but im not new to sw tanks, anyway would it be a good idea to make a small reef tank out of it? If so please state some fish species that would be good for the small tank size. My email is bretcp97@windstream.net please email me?

I have a Pico check my sig. Really the only fish would be a small clown goby or somethings simmilar I am going to do some sexy shrimp and a clown goby.
