Algae Attack Pack

Have a light covering of hairline algae. Think this pack is good for my 28 nano. My main concern is will the hermits mess with my yellow watchman goby?

I already have two nas snails, and two turbos. Also have one pep shrimp for any aiptasia that pops up (haven't seen any in weeks).
