Algae taking over my tank

Ok I've had my tank for about a year and a half and this green and red algae is taking over the tank. Need some advice on how to control it.

Watch you don't overfed, try every other day, if you feed fronze rinse it before you feed, keep the filter clean, do your water changes a little more often, try more water circulation like maybe another powerhead if all this fails you could try dosing vinegar.

Do you use ro water? How often do you feed? And how much? What are your water parameters? What's your total stock? Type of lights? And lighting schedule?
