Can I put an anemone in a 12 gal nano tank?

How old is it? What kind of lighting? Depends on what type of anemone. A mini maxi would be a good choice for a nano tank as they don't get humongous.

Its about 5 years old , i have a k-2 viper

Really you are only restricted by size. Most of them will grow to a foot+ in diameter when fully grown. Check out mini maxi carpet 'nems they stay reasonably small.
