Best nano sized sand sifting goby?
I have heard that Yellow Watchman's and similar gobies in size will sift and stir up the sand but not to a degree like their bigger cousins. I was told they can and may do it but don't rely on it but I was still skeptical.
So is this true? I have snails doing that for me now but they don't touch the top layer too much. Would I smaller nano-sized goby mix it up a little bit? I am going to return the Zebra Dart for money off of a clown because it really wasn't what I wanted. I wanted an actually goby that perched not a fish in the water column. |

The watchman will not sift. Only dig one hole to live in I believe.
Try the clown gobies for ones that perch. ALso the bi-color blenny is a good percher.

They may, but supposed they don't get bored?? I wouldn't count on it.

I have a Rainford goby, and he does a great job.
