Okay so i will add 1 more actinic and 1 more flourescet it would be a total of 96 watts and then i can keep a rose bubble tip anemone

Maybe you can. Nems need more than just lighting. If it is ok with the lighting than maintaining water quality will be your next task

Is stick to the normal bulbs. It could probably work. Make sure your tank is very mature though! Keeping pristine water quality is a must!

Thank you so much everyoe for helpig me get a solution that wont cost me more than $35

It is very mature i have switched. My tank from fish only to reeftank to coral only and now anemoe and pair of clown for as log as 9 or 10 months

Not to be a downer but I highly doubt you'll be able to keep a RBTA under cfl bulbs

Anemones require larger tanks. They can get big and need pristine water to thrive, along with the strong lighting needs. I wouldn't try to keep any anemone in less than a 20 gallon tank.
