Anyone familiar with the behavior of the blood red fire shrimp? I know they're nocturnal and like to hide, but the one I got 2 days ago seems to have found a spot it likes and hasn't ventured far from it. It hasn't eaten the pellet food either. We only have 3 corals and the shrimp so far. Any advice/tips would be appreciated.

Well i read your other thread about your lights being on for 24 hours and i think that would effect your shrimp. They will hide for a few days, but they usually scavange for food and venture out into the tank at night when the lights are off...but he hasent been able to do that yet 
soon he will come out during the day, but for the most part shrimp prefer to stay hidden. good luck
