Arrow Copepods?

I have been reading several threads about how gobies eat copepod...What are they? Do all gobies eat them? (How about Neon Gobies and Sunset Gobies???)

There are a lot of fish that will eat copepods, the difference is certain fish feed ONLY on copepods. Mandarins, scooter bleeny, and a few other fish for the most part will only eat copepods, that is why they are such difficult fish to keep.

You sure those articles weren't referring to mandarins? They're really not gobies I believe, but they only eat pods.

The problem is too that it will be really hard to cultivate pods in a nano tank. You really need a big tank with lots of rockwork to keep the pods in good numbers.

I have a 14gal biocube with a diamondback goby. I ordered copepods from ebay once a week for 2 months to give him something to snack on-he loves 'em. My chambers are filled with lr rubble and sponges, and the tank has about 18lbs lr now, & the pods have started sustaining themselves. I don't think they are multiplying, per se, only finding places to survive. I haven't ordered pods this month, but still see tons "running" on the rockwork and in the chambers when I first turn the lights on, and when only the led's are on. I am hoping eventually to only order them every 3 mos. or so...we'll see how it goes!
