A home depot full spectrum 6500k bulb. Ok for corals or not.
 
No, u need t5 ho output 10k and actinic, or leds
 
No way. U need high par leds. Par led bulbs, or bridgleux or cree taotronics leds. Nothing you can buy cheap really
 
What size tank are you trying to light? You can do a diy led fixture for relatively cheap that will grow sps.
 
For a 15 gallon you need a led fixture of 50-70 watts for best results. Better if its dimmable also. Rapidled.com has fully solderless led components to make it easy to make your own fixture. I would say you would spend about 120-150 to make a fixture that can grow any coral
