Good idea?

I got a friend that has a 2.5 mini bow with a percula clown and live sand substrate with a
Little live rock and a few hermits and snails... And one emerald crab. This is the aquion 2.5 minibow... Is this a good setup? I feel he is a fool for doing this

That is way to small for a clown. He will get really stressed in something that size

2.5 is too small for any fish, let alone a percula clown with a 30g minimum. Unfortunately his tank will not last, water will end up incredibly unstable and im willing to bet an ammonia problem will develop from lack of bio filtration, as well as nitrite and nitrate.
