I need help I dont think my parameter are ok.

I have a 10 gallon softies and lps

I would do a few water changes. Maybe 2 or 3 gal a day until your levels are back to normal. Your alk and calcium work together. If you dose to much calcium it will lower your alk. If you dose too much alk your cal will be low. I just learned that last week because I was having the same problem. I learned water changes with a good mix of salt is easier than chasing your levels back and forth.
