Angry Help please i need help setting up my tank

iv just got hold of a second hand Orca TL-450 Nano Reef Aquarium it has no instructions with it and i need to replace some of the bits and bobs.. what i need help with is an idiots guid as to set up the tank where things go and what they connect to.. please soneone help me as this is driving me mad

Welcome to AA. Now in terms of "setting it up" doyou mean adding sand, rock, mixing salt etc. or rather how to change the filter cartridge set up the filter etc (hardware help)?

cheers mate..iv managed to set up my tank now. but iam wondering what to do now.. i filled it and put the salt in what do i need to do now.. and what am i looking for in the water ie nitrates and thing like that and how long will it be before i can add fish.. and before i add live sand and rock do the water need to be right or can i just add it now

you need to bring your water to the proper salinity and temp, then add your live rock and let the tank cycle. live rock should be at least 1 pound per gallon.
it will be a few weeks to a month before the cycle is done and you can safely add fish.

alsowhat do you plan on kee[ing? just a fowlr tsnk or a reef with corals and such? salinity should be based upon this
