And my tank is a 16 gallon tank woth 20 pond of live sand

30 pond of dead rock

On day 18 i have added the one and only by Dr tim and on day 22 i have added one pond of live rock with cora line algae and i am dosing 2 ml of purple up a day divided in 4 times

Your cycle is over after you have seen ammonia spike followed by nitrite. Once both if these are at 0 ppm and all you are seeing a positive for is nitrates you can do a wc. I wait until my trates drop below 10 ppm and do a large wc before I add any live stock but that's just my opinion.

Just curious did you use an ammonia source to start the cycle?

Yes i used a shrimp i had it in there for 8 days

Perfect. So when your showing 0 ppm of ammo and nitrite you should be good

And you can skip the purple up. You don't need to add that.
