I have had my nano cube running for about 2 1/2 months. I have am number of different corals ranging from zoas to closed brain corals and having good success with them all especially the three hammers and one frog spawn. However it's all under 50/50 compact fluorescents. I would like to up grade to LEDs but I would like to leave the hood. So my thoughts are to gut the hood and replace with LEDs. I could really use some suggestions on some inexpensive thoughts on doing this so I can really see some color that I missing out on due to fluorescent limitations.
