Lighting a 33 gal

I am going to have a 36" long tank with 2 cardinals, cuc, goby, clown, and a lot of mushrooms. I was wondering what fluorescent fixture I could have that would supplement that.
It has a sump with macro algae live rock rubble, and maybe a protein skimmer. It has a refugium

If your only going to have mushrooms you don't need anything more then a compact fluorescent hood at the moment. Is this tank currently running somewhere else or is this just an idea at the moment?

Yes I have a fw african cichlid/ blue lobster tank with emporer 400 on it. It has a20 watt florescent bulb on it.

I am buying everything ahead of time so I don't feel like I lost as much money. lol
