I got a similar one just dont burn your corals
mine is dimable full power will cook your coral I run mine about 50%

Yeah I was wondering what everyone runs theirs at. Also, do you have yours on a timer? How long is it on and off?

blue come on at 7 whites come on 8 whites go off at 7 blue at 8
everyone is different
I just watch how my coral react I turn them up little by little but never to 100%
I did once and everything closed up your coral will tell you what they like
