Nano corals

Hi, I'm about to set up a small nano reef tank and I have a question, is it ok to put fake corals in it

It looks kinda odd but yeah. In order to be a reef tank though it needs real coral

As bribo said, fake corals will not create a reef tank.

From what I've heard and seen, fake corals may look good at first, but attract algae and detritus very quickly unless maintained very well. Of course, I'll always recommend real coral over anything else
