Need help!

If it was ick, even tho the goby survived, the ick will still be there. As soon as you add new fish, they will be exposed to the ick. You should still treat the goby with hypo in a HT if you can, and leave the DT fallow for 2 noths to ensure there is no ick remaining. Inverts are OK in the DT during the fallow period as they cannot host ick.
