I Was wondering how I could start a nano reef with fish. But I don't wanna spend a butt load of money. Could anyone tell me what I would need to start one?

You're going to spend a butt load of money no matter what! LOL. A biocube(or something equivalent )

Sorry- hit send button. Anyway that's about the cheapest. You can find used ones but then you have to worry about any parts that need replacing.

I'm gonna have to save some money! Lol. Yeah I saw the biocubes at a pet-store in a mall. What do they come with? Just a tank?

So no corals? If so, it will be a lot cheaper. Just need a light that will illuminate the tank enough for the fish to see and for you to see them. You need
1-2 pounds of dry or live rock
A protein skimmer(depending on the size of the tank)
Aragonite sand
An rodi unit or a quality water conditioner(rodi highly Recomended)
Filtration(an aquaclear will do. A proflex sump/refugium is your best bet)
And that's just the basics:)

I also recommend checking craigslist in your area. I have found several killer deals on biocubes for a fraction of what they are new. I got my 29 gallon with live rock and a pair of clowns for 150
