do I need the skimmer for a pico reef with on clown fish, what tank will be easy to take care of and will be for successful please help thanks

Picos are harder than larger tanks b/c there is less water volume so if you make a mistake it can potentially crash the tank b/c it's so small. It's less forgiving and there are more consequences. Highly recommend not putting a clown in there! A goby for a nano tank like a neon blue goby or a clown goby would be an excellent choice though.

They all look great, but the 5 gallon pico looks like the best choice if it comes w/ the light which hopefully is able to grow corals. The other LED lights won't be able to grow coral. You don't need a skimmer for such a small tank, but if you really want one then go ahead.

ok so skimmer is not needed, how often the water changes, also it most of them are the same which on has the best led light?

I don't know much about LEDs but I would say once a week for water changes
