strange legs?
ok i still can not account for the loss of my peppermint shrimp and clown fish. i set a trap (glass with some shrimp waited down in the bottom) a couple nights and caught nothing but my snails.
tonight however in noticed in one of the larger holes in my LR three white legs hanging down from the top of the hole. legs is not really the right term though, more tentacles. they are defiantly invert legs, but they show no sign of an exoskeleton so i am ruling out arthropods, they more like tentacles with no obvious joints. they are white in color. i tried shining a light into the hole, the tentacles retracted but i could see no sign of the rest of the animal and i could see in the hole rather well. any thought or suggestions would be great! TIA

The ones we have are no more than 1/2 inch and quite small enough to fit into small tight spaces
