The Loudest Snail Ever

So occasionally, I have a snail that will climb up my back of the tank by my powerhead and sit right above it between the power cord and the vibration is killer. You can hear it throughout the house.

Any idea how to discourage this?

I have to have a full lid on my tanks with the snails. They always used to get out, one in particular. First time, I came home and found her on the floor in a small puddle with a cracked shell. I put her back and assumed she would die, but nope, she came around. 4 weeks later, I was doing a water change and I heard the sound of an egg hitting the floor. I rushed out of kitchen and it was her, on the dang floor AGAIN. This time, it took her longer to come around and the crack is worse. She appears okay, but only time will tell.
