Hey AA, I have a question that has to be answered.
I got this ATO a while back, probably in January or so. I plugged it in, tried it out and everything works perfect. Flash forward to a couple weeks ago, with my new SW tank nearing completion, and I try it and nada. Nothing coming from the ATO. Pump won't turn on, even after unplugging and plugging back in, and I've tried pretty much everything you can do to fix it. I went ahead and messaged a Tunze manager or someone on Reef2Reef, he organized a new pump to be sent to me to try. I tried it and nothing, still. I'm at a serious loss here, as I won't want to be running my reef without an ATO. Does anyone know how I go about making this thing work? Any tips or advice would be awesome!
