White growth on new nano set up

This is my first saltwater tank, and I have been doing great so far, but I realizes there is some white stuff growing on my live rock. I think it is a sponge or some little white worms. What do you think?

Yup... Its a pineapple spunge... Very common in a healthy marine eco system... An excellent filter feeder. My tank is covered in them too.

Nope they are small filter feeding organisms in the aquarium.
