Will this support corals?

The tank is a 5Gal, L16"xW8"xH10"

The lighting fixture I am currently looking at is the 18 inch Current USA Nova Extreme 2x18 watt T5 HO 10K/460nm (Current USA Nova Extreme 2 Bulb T5 HO 10K/460nm Marine).

I've been keeping saltwater fowlr for a while now, but corals are completely new to me, so any additional info will be helpful, including what are some good easy-to-care-for corals etc.

That should be enough for softies and lps. There isn't much of a selection of bulbs that is the only thing with an 18 inch bulb.
