Just curious how long it takes for these corals to start showing growth and moving from frag onto my live rock. What are optimal foods? Also wondering if my GSP has too much water flow, check out this pic.

Current seems to be pulling it off of frag holder. Didn't know if this was an issue. I heard GSP like a lot of water flow, but is this too much.

Thanks.

Looks like too much and they won't like the sand being on them too much

My gsp are doing good in what id call medium-strong flow...enough to keep em moving but not pick them up..and for my xenia and gsp I get about 3/4" growth a month

Moved GSP outta sand and to more moderate current, and they seem much happier today. Thanks for the tip.

Any comment on Candy Cane Neon growth rates? Just curious about how they grow and what I can do to keep them in optimal conditions for growth an color.

Thanks.
