Been trying to get rid of these darn worms, caught one tonight....2 more to go (I hope)

Are these worms bad? I think I have one in my tank, from lr. I thought worms were generally good?

That's a pretty long one. The only bad thing I've heard about bristleworms is that they best not touched by hands.

If you want something else to do the work, get an arrow crab.

There's absolutely nothing wrong with bristleworms and no real reason to remove them. Like any other worm, the more it strech's out, the longer it looks. That one does not look abnormally large. Still looks quite small actually.

Bristle's burrow through your substrate and eat detritus, they're a good thing. And if you have 3 you know of in your tank, you've probably got lots more you don't know of.

That's cool, I just didn't know if other people did this regularly. It happened to be the only sinking object I could readily find when I did it.
