10 gal sump pump

Okay so I made a DIY sump for my 30 gal bare bottom frag tank and I need to find out what kinda return pump I need any ideas what are you guys using? Anyone have a DIY sump? Pics please thanks

You want your volume to be turned over about 5-7 times an hour. You have to remember about head loss though. Some people have 10 times and they are perfect.

Ok I'm completely lost sense I have a 30 gallon long frag tank with a 10 gal sump what kinda pump would you recommend?

I also need an idea for a divider for the pump and DIY ideas or anything?
