150w or 250w de MH for 19" water depth for sps?

Just wondering on what you guys would go for. As i could get some 150w downlighters, which i think would look smart. Or get some 250 watt units.

Also whichever one you think would be best, how many would you go for in a 7 x 2.5 wide x 19" water depth.

Thanx

Andrew

well i am now thinking of using 4250s and then 8 150s (instead of actinics). And as the tank is cut into four becuase of the three cross beams. Each section will have 2 150s and 1 250. The 250 will be in the middle have a 10k bulb in it, and then the 150s will be one at the fron and one at the back. One will have a 20k and the other a 14k bulb, and this will change from front to back along the 4 sections. This way each section will have a 10k, 14k and 20k bulb on it so the corals should get a good variety of light :)
