hmmm I am not sure its the biopellets or not, I didn't have any problems with my GSP when I added it. But I was also adding Seachem Reef Plus incase I depleted my nutrients to fast. It seemed to me they opened more. The bacteria that is used/created by the biopellets is a food source for a lot of corals my corals have actually looked better. How long have you had it running? Did you add all at one time or a little at a time. You could have depleted the nutrients to quickly
