just ordered some ati bulbs in the hopes that itll bring the color out more in my tank. i went with the very popular "blue plus, purple plus, aqua blue sp, blue plus" combo except i subbed in a coral plus for the aquablue sp because i heard the aquablue can wash out your colors. ill let everyone know how it looks

New rock structure and new ati bulbs..lovee the layout

Lol its worth it though trust me

Yeah I can see that. I've got a 24" 2 bulb fixture over my 25g now but was going to add another 4 bulb fixture along to grow sps. Do you think it's possible I sell my 2 bulb fixture to buy 4 ATI bulbs and just get a 4 bulb fixture to grow montipora and other LPS?

Well montipora is not lps but it is a fairly easy sps to grow, you shoukd have no problem with lps even with your two bulb fixture assuming you have T5's. A four bulb T5 fixture should be fine for sps assuming your tank isn't extremely tall

It's 24" tall

I have a 24" tall 54 corner with a AquaticLife 4-bulb T5 with ATI bulbs (2) aquablue specials, and (2) blue pluses. I'm growing a few SPS's with no issue, and really good growth.

I wouldn't put them in the sandbed, but middle-to-top so far so good.
