I have a freshwater right now and been thinking about changing over to SW. What all do I have in front of me to complete a project like this?

The big expense will be lights. Eventually might need sump, skimmer. Depends on what you want to keep. So research lights and decide what you want to keep. Coral, fish etc.

Will do as I have no idea what all it will take. Had many Manu FW tanks but never a SW.

Not too many differences. I know many salties that would say fw is harder than sw. SW is less foregiving. If you stay on top of water changes and test your water regularly you will have a lot of time to enjoy the tank.
